  1. Well, I've never been one to judge a book by its cover; but considering that those who've ordered it (according to Amazon) have also ordered Mosher & Fuller's "The Crutape Letters" and /or Montford's "The Hockey Stick Illusion" - not to mention your own "The Honest Broker" - maybe now is the time for all good people to judge a book by its cover - and/or the Amazonian company it keeps!

But it would help if you could give us own "pre-review" :-)

  2. Good luck with the book. Rodger. I'll look out for it.

  3. Question; will it be available as an ebook? I'm trying to get away from that whole Gutenberg information delivery thang, given that there's no room left in either my office or my house for any more dead trees.

  4. Also, is there a timeline for an audiobook version? (We're cutting back on paper and trees - though still depending on energy sources coming mostly from fossil fuels ...)
