Corrected Figure in Mamizu Climate Policy Paper

I have just realized that the wrong version of Figure 2 appeared in my paper on Japan's emissions reductions targets published last year in Environmental Research Letters. The correct figure appears above and I have contacted the journal. In addition, the text should have this change:

Figure 2 shows the same information for 2020 implied by a target of a 80% 15% reduction in carbon dioxide levels from 2005.
