The US mail order rules are different then other countries.
If I look at amazon.co.uk they have an entire section related to 'pre-order'. amazon.com does not.
If I look at 'new releases' on Amazon.com, there is only one book listed as 'pre-order' and it's expected in-stock date is January 26th, which is well within the 30 day order fulfillment rules of the FTC.
In the US if an item fails to ship within 30 days the company must contact the customer, offer them an opportunity to cancel the order without penalty...etc..etc..etc.
Going to get a copy! Good timing too! Climategate, Copenerror, Cap and Tax all big stories hence interest is peaking. However, if I buy a copy will I then be accused of having a Cadillac scientific plan?

Bravo for going with the provocative title.
Will it be available on Kindle?

Yes!
This shameless plug, ;?p , reminds me of the beer barrel bung that teases those that want a taste.
If it's on Kindle, how can they burn it? ;-)

Found it in amazon.de and have "vorbestellt" but I'd rather have a paperback, much easier to read in the train or in bed!!!!!
Why no blurb whatsoever "product description" I think it is in English`?
Roger are you making a KINDLE digital edition available?
